Shipping and Delivery Policy

Deccan Watches ships orders to serviceable addresses shown during checkout. Delivery availability, duties and taxes may vary by destination.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Pre-orders follow the estimated fulfilment window communicated for the selected model.

Delivery estimates and charges

You agree that delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. Delivery cost is calculated when a Transaction is initiated, based on the shipping address, and collected as part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products or services.

If you have not received your delivery within seven days after the estimated delivery date, promptly contact us through the public contact details.

Delivery

Tracking details are shared when a shipment is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates may change because of customs, weather, carrier delays or an incorrect address.

International orders

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable import duties, taxes and customs requirements. International orders cannot be returned once placed.

Address changes

Address changes are not feasible after an order has been placed. Please verify your delivery details carefully before completing the order.
